DEPRESSION

"I am alone.
I am living in darkness.
I am suffocated.
I am in pain."

These are some of the words we often hear from people who suffers from an emotional incapacity called "DEPRESSION." All of us have our own problems. We have problems regarding our families, friends, loved ones. We encounter difficulties in terms of financial matters and even relationship matters. We also face different struggles at home, in school, in our workplace, or in the community. In short, all of us experience from infinite sufferrings the we opened our eyes and ears to the world in front of us. But despite all of these difficulties, no matter how they drag us down, we learn to stand up and fight. With our beloved ones who keep on supporting us from the bottom until we overcome all these struggles, we keep on moving forward and not allowing the total darkness to cover us.

But.........

Some are totally succumbed by the hardships they face leading to some persons think that their lives are of no use and that they are alone in this world without no one to hold onto to be brave and fight.

These people often say, "My life is worthless. I have no one on my side." Some people think little mistake would make them an enemy to everyone. Some people amy also think they are confident enough to live and that because no one have ever recognized them. While some other people think they are alone in this world despite having a lot of people supporting them. They become depressed of what to do to continue on with their worthless life. They continue thinking on what other people may think about them.

Depression is not something we could turn on into a blind eye. This emotional illness kills a hundred of human. Those persons who think they are sheltering into darkness with no one trying tu pull them up ends up thinking of ending the darkness themselves. Those who feel the pain of being lonely and scared often times think their live are always worst and they ends up the same scenario. Also those persons who have no one to lean onto, talk onto and bent onto their problems and difficulties often times thinking they are secluded in the darkness.

We must save these people. No matter how busy we are, how toxic our life are, we need to listen to them and make sure they have someone they could lean onto. Because depression chooses no one. Everyone is affected by it, you maybe a corporate heir, a prince or princess to your family, a figure idol to simple community people.

Words are not enough to express how we suffer from depression and how we can win over it. But one thing is for sure, we need stay by someone's side, always!
